• Fees to provide you with an expert second opinion by a medical doctor in the field of diagnostic radiology who specializes in your particular study or condition.
• Review of your case, including relevant prior medical history, current health information, original radiology report, and other included health documents.
• Thorough interpretation of your advanced diagnostic imaging study.
• Detailed diagnostic report with findings and impressions of your diagnostic imaging study that you can download, print and / or save for your records and / or share with your treating physician or physicians who referred you for your advanced diagnostic imaging study.

Swiss Radiology Experts issues refunds for second opinions under the following conditions:

• Your radiological study is not one that our radiologists read, such as ultrasound (as it is operator dependant).
• Your radiological study cannot be read or interpreted for any reason, such as poor image quality.
• You are not able to provide enough supporting documentation for our radiologists to deliver an accurate second opinion, such as your original radiology report.

If your case meets any of these conditions, we will contact you and initiate the refund process within a week's working day. Please allow for additional time for your refund to show on your credit card statement.
